Our People
Evelyn McKnight founded Gilesi Paper Co. in 2019. She graduated with a degree in Entreprenuership and Business Administration. After a long career in luxury goods, she persued her life long dream of enterpreneurship and working with her favorite art medium: paper, for it’s texture, color and ability to bring to form an invitation into life’s most important moments.
