What information do you need to start a custom order?
Most items are ready to order from the website. Once you've selected and ordered your favorite pieces, you will receive a questionnaire from which we will collect all needed information or that you have at the time to start your custom order.
Our inquiry page is also a great place to start if you want to chat prior to ordering.
Can I make changes to my order? When is it too late to make changes?
Three rounds of revisions are included with your order including a final proof before sign off. Extra rounds incur a charge of $35 per proof. Printing is not done until all last requests have been signed off on. Once items are printed, it won't be possible to edit.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow approximately 3 weeks (plus shipping). You will receive a timeline along with your formal proof upon ordering.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks plus shipping. If a need-by-date was entered, we will communicate with you to see how we may accommodate your required date.
How will you ship my order?
We deliver with UPS or USPS. You will be given the option of both delivery methods when you order is ready to ship.
What is your return policy?
Can I change the color of envelopes or papers on my order?
Yes, we can fully customize your order. Color changes may incur a charge.
Can I have a variety of RSVP and Detail cards or do they all have to be the same?
